We built Sudsy to make your life easier and more enjoyable — and we want you to feel sure of that before you even try it.

If for any reason you change your mind or decide Sudsy doesn't work for you, just email info@shopsudsy.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. 

Here's how it works:

• Email us within 30 days of your delivery date to let us know you'd like a refund
• Our team will reach out with return details and send you a pre-paid shipping label. 
• We'll take it from there and get your refund processed
  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund is approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. 

After 30 days: Refunds generally aren't available past the 30-day window. That said, we know things don’t always go as planned—email us at info@shopsudsy.com if you’d like us to review your situation.
