Shipping policy

When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends ship the next available business day.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email to follow its journey.
Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days from when your package is handed off to the carrier.

Please note: Fulfillment time (when your order leaves our warehouse) is separate from carrier transit time (how long it takes to deliver).

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information the day your order is fulfilled and shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment. If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder. Sometimes it hides there.

My order hasn’t moved or arrived. What should I do?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 72 hours or your package seems delayed. Please reach out to info@shopsudsy.com and we’ll investigate.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
We’re so sorry about that. Please contact us at info@shopsudsy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of it!
